I don’t accept or clean expired car seats or bases. Please check your model’s expiration information before booking. If I notice cracks or structural damage to the shell or base, I’ll stop cleaning immediately and contact you. Do not use a seat or base with structural cracks or damage; contact the manufacturer for replacement guidance.
Add apartment numbers and access instructions in your booking notes. We calculate the one-way driving route from our private Plattsburgh location. No delivery beyond 10 driving miles.

After successful payment, your confirmation page and Square receipt provide our exact drop-off address and contactless instructions. Leave seats at the front door; please don’t ring the doorbell. Alison will collect them. Save your confirmation for your exact intake and return dates.
